I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel had a lot of potential with a great kids club and decent food, but the service and facilities left much to be desired. While my kids loved the water park and the staff were generally friendly, the overall management seems to struggle with maintaining the property and providing prompt service. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, but the outdated design could use an upgrade.
